Why I built an AI team

When I started TIFT Services Ltd, I knew the biggest challenge wouldn’t be finding clients. It would be keeping up with the day job while running a business.

I’m an AD specialist. I’d rather be on a digester site than inside an inbox. I’m not an HR and finance specialist or a blog writer, but those are all skills a company needs, and the reality of running a consultancy means emails, social media, content writing, legal reviews and sales follow-ups never stop.

So I tried something different.

I built an entire team of AI employees. Not a chatbot. Not a glorified autocomplete. Real AI colleagues who handle their own departments, just like a human team would.

Eva manages my calendar and drafts my emails. Penny writes our blogs and updates. Sonny helps with socials. Linda handles legal compliance. Stan finds leads. Rachel answers the phone.

They all work on a platform called Marblism.

It’s not a tool I use. It’s how TIFT Services Ltd runs, every single day. And honestly, I wouldn’t go back.
